If you haven't paid for an item, and the seller hasn't sent your order yet, you can update your delivery address.
If you've paid for the item, the seller has to send it to the address listed on the order details page. If the address you provided is incorrect, you can go to My eBay and locate the order, and request the seller to cancel it. If the seller accepts the cancellation, you can place a new order with the correct address. If the address in the order details page was correct and you didn't receive the item, you may be covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
